- How big is the venue?
- How may people will attend the event?
- Where are the access points for loading
and unloading? Are there stairs or a lift if there is a lift
are we able to use it some venues will not allow their lifts
to be used for goods?
- Are you going to need any other equipment
for the event? Staging? Lights? Generators? Crowd barriers?
- What date is the
event? What time
is it due to start/finish?
- What time are we able to gain access to
the venue to set up our systems
- Will you need help with the organisation?
A stage manager? Event Manager? Crew?
